Answer by SethSpeaks If he wore no condom, he would get gonorrhea, because that is all that lady had. There is NO blue waffle disease. The photo you are referring to is of a woman who has a very serious case of gonorrhea.. that's all. The 'blue' color actually has nothing to do with the infection. She is a woman of color, and her genitals have a darker coloration than the rest of her skin. It does make for a horrifying effect.. and her condition is nothing to take lightly.. but it isn't something rare by any means.. just regular old gonorrhea gone untreated.
